Hosting and domain
The website is hosted by Netlify and the domain is registered with Namecheap. Domain registration is separate from hosting: we do not send form enquiries to the domain registrar.
Business and website
Toque de Seda is the trading name of a beauty and wellbeing business in Palma de Mallorca. This website presents services and accepts enquiries and appointment requests. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking: the business must confirm availability and terms with you.
Prices and service terms
Before a contract is confirmed, we will explain the total price, applicable taxes and terms of your service, package or promotion. Ask about cancellation conditions and restrictions before booking. Your statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.
Privacy and links
Our privacy and cookie policies explain personal data and tracking technologies. External services are identified in the context of their links and apply their own terms.
